The Sabelt UI-600 takes a straightforward design problem — the pressure point a center forehead seam creates under a tight-fitting helmet — and solves it by moving the seams off the forehead entirely. Sabelt's exclusive layout runs the flat-sewn split seams down the sides of the head instead, keeping the surface against your forehead uninterrupted through a full session.

The balaclava itself is built from a single layer of soft, stretchable knit fabric blended with fire-retardant fibers, so it stays lightweight and low-bulk rather than adding thickness under a helmet liner.
