Shipping

Shipping options and prices are automatically shown at checkout. Many orders are eligible for Flat-Rate Shipping (see the chart below). Shipping estimates are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays. 

Continental United States:

Fed Ex and UPS Services are also available at checkout. Expedited Shipping options are not available for certain oversized items (Seats, Fuel Cells, etc.) or orders containing hazardous chemicals (Fire Systems, Oils, etc.). Some items are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. 

Note: Guaranteed shipping times do not include the day of shipment or weekends/holidays. For example, Next Day Shipping will be delivered the following business day; 2-Day shipping will be delivered TWO business days after the shipment date; and so on.

Shipping Policy:

OG Racing ships using FedEx, UPS or USPS (US Postal Service). Flat-rate carriers are chosen at the time of shipment - if you need to use a specific carrier, please select that option at checkout. Note that some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. or with any of the air services, such as Halon fire extinguishers and other products containing chemicals. If a UPS delivery is re-routed, per customer request or due to inaccurate customer supplied delivery information, the dealer will be responsible for any additional fees. Similarly, in the case of a refused shipment, the dealer will be responsible for any return shipping fees AND any costs to resend the package. 

Damage Claims & Shipment Shortages

All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Immediately notify OG Racing and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. The dealer is responsible for initiating all claims with the carrier. We will provide supporting documentation but will not file claims on behalf of the dealer. The recipient must retain all packaging materials until the carrier’s investigation is complete.
