• Many vehicles have the steering wheel offset toward the center of the vehicle. This can be accentuated when installing an aftermarket seat of a different size than the factory seat.
• Replacing a factory seat with an aftermarket seat may cause the vehicle's warning indicators to activate. This can be due to airbag, weight and/or other sensors in the factory seat that are not included in an aftermarket seat. It may be possible to eliminate these indicators with an electronic resistor, but it is up to the end user to determine if a resistor will work and which resistor to use.

Off-road, the seat does as much work as the suspension. Side-hilling, whoops and rock sections throw you around the cabin, and a supportive aftermarket seat keeps you planted so you can concentrate on your line. Planted's driver-side bracket for the U725 Bronco gives that seat a solid, vehicle-specific base that bolts to the factory mounting points.

Planted develops each bracket on the vehicle itself, using the actual floor as the reference. The bracket is laser-cut from 3/16" steel, hand-welded for full weld penetration and finished in black powder coat. It passes three quality-control stages before it ships.

The mounting surface is pre-slotted for the slider patterns used by Recaro, Sparco, OMP, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, Racetech and most other major seat brands. There's extra material for drilling a custom pattern or for mounting a side-mount seat directly without sliders.

This is the driver/left side, sold individually. Confirm your seat's dimensions against the Bronco's cabin before ordering. Removing the factory seat will likely trigger airbag or occupancy warnings, which may need a resistor. Professional installation is recommended.
